Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Free Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over 150 euro. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during busy seasons (e.g., holidays or promotions). BlackMud is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather conditions.

International Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. We highly recommend tracking your order and ensuring someone is available to receive it. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier to investigate further.
If you experience issues with a lost or stolen package, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. In some cases, we may be able to help initiate a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
