Our product is mainly crafted from Xiangyun Sha. Xiangyun Sha is a type of silk fabric that produces a rustling sound when worn and shares its lightness with that of clouds, hence it is also known as
"Rustling Cloud Silk," with the pronunciation later evolving to Xiangyun Sha. It is the only silk fabric in the world dyed with pure plant-based dyes, earning the nickname "soft gold" in the textile industry.

Dye Production
Grind a red root plant called shu liang and extract the color as our dyeing juice, then divide it into four tanks of water for later use.

Dyeing Silk Process
After 3 times washing the silk, 9 times boiling it and 18 times sun-drying it , the fabric turns dark brown.

Blackening Process
The dyed silk is smeared with iron-rich mud only from the Pearl River. The dye and river mud fully come into contact to cause a chemical reaction, making the silk turn darker.

Water Washing & Sprinkling
Wash away the river mud on the surface of the dyed silk after the chemical reaction is completed. Again, spray the potato juice on the dyed silk again.

Mist Stretching & Packaging and Sealing
Place the dyed silk flat on the grass before dark, let it absorb the morning dew and soften, wait for 3 to 6 months before washing it. The finished product can be finally ready to use.
