Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Silk scarves must not have been damaged, worn, or exposed to any fragrances, lotions, or makeup.
- Sale items or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Gift cards and custom orders (if applicable) are not eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Before returning an item, please email our customer service team at blackmud98@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Shipping the Item Back: Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item and ship it back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed properly.
- Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, faulty product).
